Asian Youth Day is celebrated once in three years for the young people of Asian Countries. It gives a great international, cultural and spiritual exposure to our youth.
The Federation of Asian Bishops Conference-Office of Laity-Youth Desk (FABC-OL-YD) is organizing AYDs in various parts of Asia to renew Asian Youth's faith and love for the Word of God and the Eucharist and helps integrate these realities into their lives.

Similar to World Youth Day events, AYDs include the welcoming of pilgrims by parishes and host families, plenary sessions, reflections, testimonies, worship sessions, prayer and liturgies.

The pilgrimage of the young members of the people builds bridges of brotherhood and hope between continents, peoples and cultures. It is a journey which is always in action, like life, like youth.
